The department will also deliver assistance to all cities and villages to which our city relies on for like assistance. CERT - Community Emergency Response Team


The Tri Community CERT is the Community Emergency Response Team for Highland Heights, Mayfield heights and Mayfield Village. Under the direction of the Fire Chiefs, the team is responsible for providing support to first responders in the event of a disaster affecting our community. The team also provides support at community events, including first aid, assistance to Police, Fire and EMS, and community outreach in the form of disaster preparedness education. As a city, our goal is to provide quality safety services to the residents of our community. We believe this can be accomplished by a proactive safety services force with the ability to communicate critical information in a direct and timely manner. The Civic Ready Notification System allows residents the opportunity to provide contact information so that we may reach you via phone call, text message, email, or all three, in emergency situations.
