Community Partnership on Aging
The City of Highland Heights, Lyndhurst and South Euclid have formed a unique partnership, called the Community Partnership on Aging, to help adults age 60 and over connect to services and activities that promote independence, a healthy lifestyle, personal growth and community involvement. Many of the services and activities are free or available for a minimal fee. Please visit the Community Partnership on Aging website for more information.

The Community Partnership on Aging offers:
  • A lunch program
  • Chore information and referrals
  • Counseling
  • Family support services
  • Health and wellness service education
  • Homemaking/housekeeping assistance
  • Tax and health insurance assistance and information
  • Tours and trips
  • Transportation services

Commission on Aging

The Commission on Aging serves as an advisory panel to City Council on all matters relating to aging, and recommends programs for residents of the City. For more information on the Commission on Aging programs, contact Mary Velotta at 440-461-2440 ext. 147.
