Highland Heights Pool Opening Update

We are excited to announce the Highland Heights Pool will officially open on Thursday, June 18th for the 2020 summer season.  In compliance with the guidelines issued by the CDC, the State of Ohio, and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, there are restrictions and regulations that must be adhered to.  There are a number of changes in place, relative to years past. 

  1.  The 2020 Pool season is open to Highland Heights RESIDENTS ONLY (proof of residency required). 
  2.  A Pool Session Reservation time is also REQUIRED this season in order attend the pool.  NO SAME DAY WALK-INS permitted this season.   
  3. Please follow the necessary step by step instructions/protocols in the HH 2020 Pool Guidelines .    
  4. You can register for a 2020 Season Pool Pass online at 2020 Online Pool Pass Registration.  Season Pool Passes will be available for pickup at the Pool Desk on your first visit to the pool.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you have previously registered online for any Highland Heights Recreation activity (baseball, softball, etc), please remember to log in to your existing account.  If you forgot your password, please click "forgot password" in order to reset your password.
  5. You can register for your Pool Session Reservation time at 2020 Online Pool (Time) Session Reservation
  6. If you do not wish to purchase a Season Pool Pass, but would like to attend the pool for a day, you must purchase a One Time Day Pool Pass in person at Highland Heights City Hall (Finance Department).  A Pool Session Reservation Time is still required for One Time Day Pool Pass visits.  (2020 Pool Registration Form)
  7. In the event you would need to cancel an existing Pool Session Reservation time, please send an email to highlandhtspool@gmail.com and include the following information:
    • Your Name
    • The date you had reserved
    • Notification that you are cancelling your Pool Session Reservation time (please include the time you had reserved)
    • Please allow 24 hours for cancellation notification to be processed
