The City of Highland Heights, in partnership with Destination Cleveland, is participating in the CLEAN COMMITTED Program, to help encourage safe practices in our local eateries and restaurants.
The CLEAN COMMITTED Program is open to all restaurants in Cuyahoga County, and is sponsored by Destination Cleveland. The purpose of the program is to encourage restaurants to follow the recommended safe practices, developed in partnership with our region’s healthcare experts at the Cleveland Clinic, The MetroHealth System, University Hospitals, and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
All local restaurants and eateries in Highland Heights were mailed letters asking for their consideration in participating in this county wide initiative. This program is purely voluntary.
As a result, the City of Highland Heights has received Clean Kits from Destination Cleveland, which include individually sealed packages containing three Purell® Singles hand sanitizer packets, a paper mask, and recommended practices to follow when out in the community. These Clean Kits will be given to each department at City Hall for distribution to our residents who are in need.
We would like to thank Destination Cleveland for our Clean Kits and for promoting this county wide initiative, as we all continue to navigate through this challenging time and keeping everyone safe.
