[ARCHIVED] Lander Road Reconstruction Project begins 7/25/22

Construction Notification News Flash 420x427

The City of Highland Heights has awarded Fabrizi Trucking and Paving the Lander Road Reconstruction Project. The Project will be the replacement of the existing asphalt pavement with new concrete between Blakley Drive and Wilson Mills Road. Construction is scheduled to begin the week of July 25th and is anticipated to last approximately three to four months.

During construction, traffic will be limited to one-way southbound for the residents of Lander Road within the construction and Woodside Drive. All other traffic is being directed over to Travis Drive to outlet onto Miner Road. Northbound traffic is being detoured over to Miner Road and up to Travis Drive.

Please do not use Lander Road if it can be avoided. At times, both lanes of the roadway are needed for construction, and equipment often overhangs into the open lane. Every time a car goes down the roadway, construction needs to stop to let them through. If you do use the roadway, please expect delays.
