[ARCHIVED] NOPEC - Residents to receive Natural Gas and Electric Aggregation Enrollment Letters

NOPEC Info 420x427

Eligible residents and small business owners will be receiving natural gas and electric enrollment letters for our community's aggregation program  through NOPEC.  Letters will begin arriving in resident mailboxes this in early April for enrollment in the NOPEC electric program and mid-April for natural gas for the period beginning with  customers' June 2023 meter read dates.

If you want to enroll in NOPEC’s Standard Program Price, you don’t need to take any action when you receive your enrollment letter.  You will automatically be enrolled. Additional information about the aggregation program and available rate options including fixed term, monthly variable pricing, and 100% renewable electric options can be viewed online at nopec.org/letter or by calling NOPEC’s Customer Care Center at 1-855-667-3201.  If you don’t want to enroll in the natural gas or electric aggregation programs, you must return the opt-out form attached to your enrollment letter to NOPEC by mail or by fax to 440-774-4422 by the date indicated on your letter.

For any questions related to this program, please contact NOPEC's Customer Care number at 855-NOPEC-01 or 855-667-3201.
