Rental Availability

The Community Center is available for rental by Highland Heights residents only.

You may request to rent the entire center or just one room; however, scheduling and availability is at the discretion of the Community Center Coordinator depending on other events and staffing availability.

About the Kitchen Features

The Community Center has 2 rooms and a kitchen, which is open to both party rooms. You may use a licensed caterer of your choice or supply food yourself. The kitchen includes:

• Coffee makers
• Convection oven
• Dishwasher
• Freezer
• Large double oven
• Stove
• Two large refrigerators

The Center provides trash cans, plastic garbage bags and ice. Renters should bring any other needed supplies. Dishes, utensils and cleaning supplies are not provided.

Confirmation of Rentals

The Community Center Coordinator will call you the Monday before your event to confirm table set-up. The custodian will set up tables and chairs. At the end of your event, the custodian will inspect the rented area for any damage before you sign a sign out form. The custodian also takes down tables and chairs and sweeps and mops the floor at the end of the event.
